Shipping: Boxed kits are usually sent USPS Priority Mail or via UPS depending on which works best for your location, and book orders are usually sent USPS Media Mail. If you desire rush shipping on your order, please contact us directly. Please note that orders placed when we are giving tours, may be delayed. In that case, we will contact you to ensure that you have your materials as soon as is possible. Contact us for international shipping costs. Returns: If you are not satisfied in any way with your purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You may return the purchased item for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the purchased items, less a 10% restocking fee, and a 3.5% processing fee. Please note that if any part of the purchase has been used or damaged, then we will have to prorate the amount that is returned to you. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses. Online products: There is no refund for downloadable pdf products. For the Online On Demand Video Classes, you may request a refund for any reason within 14 days of purchase; we will refund the purchase price, less a 3.5% transaction fee. For the Online Live Classes, please refer to the general return policy.
Special order or custom order kits: These will be subject to the above return policy, plus a 50% custom fee. Please understand that custom kits require extra time to build, and often require us to locate the books/samples that we do not stock.
There are no refunds on any downloadable products.
Refunds: For purchases that have not been filled, we can offer you a full refund, less a processing fee of 3.5%.
