Shipping: Shipping and handling costs are built into most of our products, and are for the US only. Boxed kits are usually sent USPS Priority Mail, and book orders are usually sent USPS Media Mail. If you desire rush shipping on your order, please contact us directly. Please note that orders placed when we are giving tours, may be delayed. In that case, we will contact you to ensure that you have your materials as soon as is possible. Contact us for international shipping costs. Returns: If you are not satisfied in any way with your purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You may return the purchased item for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchased items, less a 10% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses. Please note that if any part of the purchase has been used or damaged, then we will have to prorate the amount that is returned to you.
Special order or custom order kits will be subject to the above, plus a 50% custom fee. Please understand that custom kits require extra time to build, and often require us to locate the books/samples that we do not ordinarily stock.
Refunds: For purchases that have not been filled, we can offer you a full refund, less a processing fee of 3.5%.
