Course description: Twelve one-hour weekly classes, taught live. Throughout history, the Christian faith and word of God have encountered threats that have sought to destroy it. These have included attacks on the person and work of Christ, on the Scriptures, on the church, and through false religions. So in our current culture with the rise of scientism, the church once again, faces an assault against the very foundation of our belief in a Savior in the name of science: is Genesis true or false history? Biblical Apologetics will tackle the critical issues that threaten a scriptural view of creation, the Flood, and the genealogies that produced our Christian faith. More than ever, the young person will face mounting pressure to abandon a straight-forward understanding of Scripture. This course is designed to equip the student in answering the questions that raise doubts about the book of Genesis. Students will be able to interact with the instructor either via chat or in real-time discussion.
